After earning both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in occupational safety and health, Daniel G. Williams began working for an insurance company as a risk manager. Somewhere along the way, Williams realized he had a passion for helping injured people. Today, as an attorney at Gordon & Doner in South Florida, Williams is literally on the other side of the courtroom from his early career. He now represents injured people instead of insurance companies.
Scott Mitchell Fischer spent the first few years of his legal career working as a defense lawyer representing nursing homes being sued for abuse and neglect, doctors in cases of medical malpractice, and drivers who caused motor vehicle accidents. "It was a tremendous learning tool to be in the trenches with the other side," Fischer says. But I always knew I wanted to be on the side of justice working for the victims of negligence."
Adam Werner serves as the lead attorney for the firm's Workers' Compensation, Veterans' Disability and Social Security Disability divisions. Gary Paige was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in October of 1990. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District and Middle District of Florida.
Ingrid Domingues-McConville studied law at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. Guy DiMartino brings a unique perspective to the practice of law with his first profession being a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine. Dr. Martino’s extensive knowledge of the human body and injuries allows him to simplify the complex medical issues involved in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and nursing home cases for insurance adjusters and juries.
Originally from Chicago, Martin Mehan was raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and graduated from the University of Florida, cum laude, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science. Martin returned to Chicago to attend law school at The John Marshall School of Law where he gained invaluable experience clerking for the Honorable Daniel A. Riley in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
Originally from a small town in Northern British Columbia, Canada, Stephen A. McGuinness completed his undergraduate education in beautiful Vancouver, Canada, graduating with a B.A. in History with a concentration in Economics. In college, Stephen became an accomplished debater and developed a passion for law and justice by participating in a variety of initiatives aimed at helping the less fortunate.
Born to Cuban-American parents, Cassandra was raised in South Florida and is fluent in Spanish. She attended the University of Miami, graduating magna cum laude in 2010. There she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and graduated at the top 5% of her class. She was also a member of the prestigious University of Miami President’s 100.
