First Annual Motorcycle Ride
Congratulations on a Great First Annual Motorcycle Ride!
The Law Firm of Gordon & Doner was privileged to partner with Sikorsky on their First Annual Motorcycle Ride to raise funds for the United Way and increase awareness for motorcycle safety.
We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your participation and remind you of the importance of riding safely.
General Guidelines for Riding a Motorcycle Safely:
- Get trained and licensed, and take refresher courses;
- Dress for safety, the only thing between you and the road is your protective gear;
- Be visible; use reflective decals and make sure your headlight, tail lights, and turn signals work;
- Give yourself space and time to respond to other motorists’ actions and for them to respond to yours, and
- Never ride while impaired
In short, be careful. Unfortunately, motorcycle accidents and motorcycle rider fatalities have steadily increased for the last 10 years.
