Gordon & Doner Hosts MLK Community Outreach Event

Over 400 people gathered on Monday, January 18 at Pompay Park in Delray Beach to celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day at an event sponsored by the law firm of Gordon & Doner.

Members of the local community enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon of food, music, giveaways, and entertainment. A live band performed jazzy tunes while Gordon & Doner employees handed out MLK commemorative T-shirts and raffled off $50 gas cards. Children enjoyed colorful balloon animals while the entire crowd ate a delicious meal of barbecue ribs, burgers, and sides provided by Grill Master BBQ.

"It's an honor to be in the community taking pleasure in the things Martin Luther King Jr. worked so hard to accomplish. Today is a day for acceptance, appreciation and friendship and that's why we were so happy to be at this event," said Robert Gordon.
