Gordon & Partners Produces More Successful Results

As August came to a close, so did two unique cases being worked on by the talented team of attorneys at Gordon & Partners.

Attorney Steven Calamusa obtained a $1.8 million settlement for a 12-year-old child who was hit by a tractor-trailer. The child suffered from a brain injury after being struck while crossing the road on a bicycle. The defendant contested liability and whether the child had a brain injury before the case reached a settlement.

In another case, attorney Daniel Williams obtained a $1.8 million settlement for a 16-year-old teenager. The teen was run over by a tractor-trailer in a parking lot and suffered a brain injury. Again, the defendant contested their liability and the severity of the teen’s brain injury. The jury awarded the plaintiff $1.8 million after 80% liability was assigned to the defendant.
