Gordon & Partners Earns Prestigious Litigator Award

Gordon & Partners is honored to have been awarded the 2015 Litigator Award for extraordinary achievement in the fields of personal injury , products liability, catastrophic injury, and cigarette and tobacco litigation.

The Litigator Award is considered a coveted symbol of Litigation Achievement. It is an annual award that recognizes trial lawyers throughout the country who have achieved a high level of achievement within one or more of 72 practice specialty categories.

The award is based solely on the verdict or settlement amount achieved rather than popularity among peers and is considered to be one of the most rigorous and openly judged trial law assessments.

To be eligible, nominees must have achieved verdicts or settlements of $1 million within the previous five years, $5 million in the last 10 years, or $10 million within the 20 years prior to being nominated.

According to the Trial Lawyers Board of Regents, which hosts the award, less than one percent of all lawyers have achieved the above criteria in order to be eligible for recognition by the award.

Nearly 1.1 million lawyers are considered annually, from which only a select few from each state have the distinction of being honored with this award.
