Wrongful DeathThe team of personal injury attorneys and staff members at Gordon & Partners are excited to announce their participation in the annual American Health Association (AHA) Heart Walk.
The AHA walk aims to promote physical activity to build healthier lives free from cardiovascular diseases. The associations goal is to improve the cardiovascular health of all Americans by 20 percent and reduce the number of deaths from cardiovascular disease and stroke by 20 percent by the year 2020.
Six team members have raised more than $2,400 which brings them nearly halfway to their goal of $6,000 that will benefit the American Heart Association. The heart walk is scheduled for Sept. 27, 2014 and Gordon & Partners is hoping to surpass their goal by then. Gordon & Partners is very involved with AHA and has participated in many fundraising events including Februarys National Wear Red Day which aims to raise awareness about heart disease among women.
